CRM 910 universal flexo printing unit

The universal flexo printing unit is to make the end markings at fax ribbons. The unit is on wheels to make it easy to use it at the slitting machine CRM 6. The design of the printing unit allows it to use it at almost all variations of the CRM 6.

The special designed print cylinder allows an easy change to different print sizes. The unit is operating at a constant speed of 10 m/min. The unit needs a special very fast drying ink. This ink must be in motion all time. The printing unit will be turning constantly. And just for the short print (normally 250 - 500 mm) the print-cylinder will shift to the ribbon.
